Portal Stark Future, based in Barcelona, Spain recently launched a high performance electric motocross bike.
In an interview quoted in the news report, the Eicher Motors chairman appears to feel that there is real growth potential for electric motorcycles in the leisure space if they are able to match the performance of the conventional ones. It may well be so, but what is not clear is if the folks who do leisure bikes attach any much importance or premium to a vehicle's environment friendliness.
